Booking Policy

All reservations are confirmed in written form via email. By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and policies outlined below.

Payment Policy: Full prepayment (100% of the total stay) is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

‍Cancellation Policy: This rate is strictly non-refundable.In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

Payment Policy: A deposit equivalent to one (1) night stay is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be fully settled 15 days prior to arrival.

‍Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not free of charge.For cancellations at any time:
A fee equal to one (1) night stay applies.For cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival:
100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.In case of no-show:
The total reservation cost (100%) will be charged.

Check-In: From 15:00
Check-Out: Until 11:00Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and the applicable cancellation fee (up to 100% of the total stay) will be charged. No refunds or date transfers apply.

All rates are quoted in euros (€) per suite, per night.Rates include applicable VAT. Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax, which is payable at the property, in accordance with Greek legislation.

We accept: Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)Bank Transfer (upon request). All payments must be completed within the stated deadlines to guarantee the reservation.

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and rate adjustments.
Please note: Non-Refundable reservations cannot be modified. Date changes within the penalty period may be treated as cancellations.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit/debit card prior to arrival to verify its validity.Failure to provide a valid payment method may result in cancellation of the reservation.

TWWO Suites Antiparos shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or transportation interruptions.
