Reservation

All reservations are confirmed in written form via email. By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. We invite guests to enjoy their stay with respect for the natural environment and the character of the Cycladic landscape.

Rates & Taxes

All rates are quoted in euros (€), per suite, per night, including applicable VAT.
The Climate Resilience Tax is included in the above rates, in accordance with current legislation. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum stay requirements apply:
June & September — 2 nights
July — 3 nights
⇀ August — 4 nights
Shorter stays may be accepted subject to availability.

Payment

Standard Rate
⇀ For reservations of 2–3 nights, a deposit equivalent to one (1) night is required
⇀ For reservations of 4 nights or more, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required.
The remaining balance must be settled 20 days prior to arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival to avoid full charge.
Cancellations made within 20 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows or early departures, will be charged in full (100%).

Non-Refundable Rate
Full prepayment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
This rate is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

Payment Methods

We accept Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Bank Transfer upon request.
All payments must be completed within the stated deadlines to guarantee the reservation.

Identification & Credit Card

Guests are required to present a valid identification document upon check-in. A credit card may be requested upon arrival to cover any additional charges or incidentals during the stay.

Pre-Authorization

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit/debit card prior to arrival to verify its validity. Failure to provide a valid payment method may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 15:00 – 20:00
Check-out: by 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Late check-in is available upon request.

Occupancy

Each suite accommodates up to two (2) adults.
Selected suites — Wisp & White — may accommodate one (1) child aged 12–16.
The suites cannot accommodate a third adult under any circumstances.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay.
Visitors or additional overnight guests are not allowed.

Use of Property

The property is intended for calm and considered use.
Events, parties, and gatherings are not permitted.
External visitors are not allowed.
The introduction of external furniture or equipment (including personal items altering the layout) is not permitted. Pool towels are provided for use within the property only.

Sustainability & Housekeeping Polic

Guests are kindly requested to use water and energy thoughtfully, in consideration of the local environment and seasonal water scarcity.

When using air conditioning:
⇀ Windows and doors must remain closed
⇀ ⁠Units must be switched off when leaving the suite

Whenever possible, guests are encouraged to naturally ventilate the space and enjoy the island breeze.Housekeeping is provided daily.
Bed linen and towels are refreshed every two days, unless otherwise requested. For stays of three nights, we recommend avoiding unnecessary linen changes unless needed.
Guests who prefer fewer changes are encouraged to inform us, supporting a more mindful use of resources.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of registered guests.
Use is at guests’ own risk.
Use of the swimming pool is not permitted during night hours.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Glass objects are not permitted in or around the pool.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parking

Each suite includes one (1) designated outdoor parking space.

Additional Information

Tap water is not recommended for drinking.
Complimentary bottled water is provided upon arrival.

Damages & Property Care

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
The property includes selected materials and objects of particular character.
Damage may require specialized repair or replacement. Guests are kindly asked to treat all furniture and surfaces with care and to avoid placing luggage or heavy items directly on them. The introduction of external furniture or equipment is not permitted. The property reserves the right to charge accordingly. Suites must be returned in reasonable condition.
Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.

Keys & Access

Guests are responsible for keys and access items provided.
Loss or damage may result in replacement charges.

Quiet Use

Guests are expected to respect the quiet character of the property at all times.

Liability

The property is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings. Guests are kindly advised to store valuables, money, and personal belongings in the in-room safe deposit box provided. The property is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

Security

For the safety and protection of guests and the property, outdoor areas may be monitored by security cameras. Cameras are placed exclusively in common exterior areas and do not record any indoor or private spaces.
